Rule 49

If a domestic or foreign person or association wants to film a commercial documentary or feature film within the protected area, they must submit an application to the department or the council in the format as per schedule-18. - Can give permission letter in the format as per 19.
(3) In the event that the department has issued a permit in accordance with sub-rule (2), fifty percent of the fee for the permit shall be deposited in the council's fund.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), during the filming of the film, the person or organization that will shoot the film may designate its employees as contact persons and arrange for the film to be shot only in their premises during the filming period.
